Two different types of parkerizing are offered, zinc and manganese.

Zinc
Produces a color finish similar to that used on firearms during WWII thru 1970's.  It is a medium to dark gray color.  Color will vary depending on type of steel and its hardness.  This is the most durable of the two types.

Manganese
This is the more recent Parkerizing solution in use since early 1980's.  It produces a charcoal black color.

A selection of Remington, Federal, Winchester and Black Hills factory ammunition is used for testing in all rifles and shotguns.  All work requiring test fire will be charge the following rate of $30.00.

Shotgun
Shotguns are shot to check for proper function, sight adjustment and any other possible problems.  This consists of shot, buckshot, slugs or a combination.

Rifle
Rifles are shot to check for proper function, sight adjustment and any other possible problems.  Rifles are shot for group and checked for possible problems.  No target supplied.
