Pricing: Prices are current at time of printing or website posting but are subject to change without notice.  Orders are billed at prices in effect at time of order.  Quotes are valid for 30 days.  Inshop work is billed at prices in effect at start of work.

Backorders: We try to avoid backorders but increased demand can leave us unable to fill orders promptly.  We will not backorder items unless requested and only for a period not to exceed 20 days.

Payment: Orders are shipped Prepaid only.  If payment is by personal check please allow two weeks for clearance.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Nebraska residents add 5.5% Sales Tax plus appropriate city sales tax.

Firearms: Orders for rifles, shotguns and receivers require a Federal Firearms License (FFL) for shipment.  Complete firearms have Federal Excise Tax (FET) included.  All Firearms, including receivers are shipped by UPS, adult signature required.

Restricted Items: California does not allow M14/M1A rifles with Flash Suppressors.  Only approved muzzle brakes will be installed on rifles shipped to this state.

The following States have Magazine Capacity restrictions: New Jersey-15 round; California-10 round; Hawaii-10 round; Massachusetts-10 round; Maryland-20 round.

Please be aware that you are responsible to know what is restricted in your particular locale, county or State.

Return Policy: Merchandise may be returned, if unaltered and in the original packaging.  A Return Authorization is required.  No return will be accepted unless these conditions are met.  All returns are to be shipped prepaid.  No returns after 30 days.  Refunds are for product price only, shipping is non-refundable.  Non-stock, special order items are non-refundable.

Shipping Charges: Orders are shipped by UPS or by US Mail if requested.  Only items of small value, $10.00 or less will be shipped by 1st Class US Mail.  Items less than $50.00 will be shipped by Priority US Mail.  The only exceptions are to Alaska and Hawaii.  If a customer requests shipment by mail be advised that Tank's will not be liable for loss.  While Tank's recognizes the exorbitant cost of shipping and the apparent savings of using the US Mail we still recommend UPS for shipment of customer orders due to better tracking and insurance coverage/reimbursement than that offered by the USPS.
