Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store any credit card information on this website.

Orders are shipped prepaid only. If payment is by check please allow up to one week for clearance. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Nebraska residents will be charged State Sales Tax (5.5%) along with applicable City Sales Tax (up to 1.5%).

WorkOrder

For Inshop work, a workorder form must be on file before any custom work will be started. Customers should be aware that changes to a workorder can effect delivery times. Customers also need to be aware that quoted turnaround times are best guess and not exact. I try to keep shop times within those quoted but delivery times are not and can not be guaranteed due to too many variables.

Due to the increase in shop work along with other factors beyond the shop's control a waiting list is being used to help improve shop times. To get onto the waiting list a customer needs to provide a workorder with a general list of desired work along with a 25.00 dollar non-refundable deposit. On work that will require a barrel, stock or both; a deposit in full will be required for those parts to guarantee their availability at the time work is started. The customer will be notified when their turn is up and can then send in their firearm for the quickest turnaround time possible. Customers will have 30 days to send in their firearm before altering their place in line.

Return / Refund Policy

Merchandise may be returned, if unaltered and in the original packaging. A Return Authorization Number(RAN) is required for all returns. No return will be accepted without a RAN. Merchandise must be shipped within 5 days of customer obtaining a RAN otherwise customer waives any right to return/refund. Failure to obtain a RAN will void the return policy. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Refunds are for product price only, shipping is non-refundable. Special order items are non-returnable.

Shipping Information

Tank's Rifle Shop LLC is as concerned about the cost of shipping just like our customers and we continually strive to provide the most economical solutions possible. To better provide our customers with cost savings in shipping we have abandoned a Flat Rate shipping formula and will be using an actual shipping cost with a very small handling charge. Please note that items shipped by US Mail that have a total over 15.00 dollar will be shipped by Priority Mail, whether selected or not and charged accordingly. Items shipped by US Mail that have a total value over 50.00 dollar will automatically have insurance added. Items shipped by UPS that have a total value over 100.00 dollar will automatically have insurance added. Please note that customers will be billed accordingly for these additional shipping charges.

Prices

Prices are current at time of printing in the catalog or posting on the website but are subject to change without notice. If there is a price increase customers will be notified of new price and can accept the order or cancel it. Orders are billed at prices in effect at time of order. Quotes if provided are good for 30 days from date of quote. In shop work will be billed at prices in effect at time work is started.

BackOrders

We try to avoid backorders but increased demand can leave us unable to fill orders promptly. We will not hold orders for more than 10 days if an item is out of stock.

Firearms / Restricted Items

Firearms: Orders for rifles, shotguns and receivers require a Federal Firearms License (FFL) for shipment. Complete firearms have Federal Excise Tax (FET) included. All Firearms, including receivers are shipped by UPS, adult signature required.

Restricted Items: California does not allow M14/M1A rifles with Flash Suppressors. Only approved muzzle brakes will be installed on rifles shipped to this state.

The following States have Magazine Capacity restrictions: New Jersey-15 round; California-10 round; Hawaii-10 round; Massachusetts-10 round; Maryland-20 round.

Please be aware that you are responsible to know what is restricted in your particular locale, county or State. By placing an order with Tank's Rifle Shop LLC the customer acknowleges that items ordered are legal for him/her to posses.

Privacy

Tank's Rifle Shop LLC holds all customer information in the strictest confidence. Customer names are never provided to any third parties, for any means.

Conditions of Sale

While Tank's Rifle Shop LLC tries to stay abreast of State Laws it is almost impossible due to the enormity of it all, there are literally thousands. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items they are ordering are legal to own in their locality and State.

Individuals ordering receivers or complete firearms from Tank's Rifle Shop LLC should understand that these items will only be delivered to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Only local residents of the State of Nebraska may receive a firearm directly from us, and only after completing the required Form 4473 with proper background check. Those firearms sent in for repair or modification will be returned only to the individual who originally sent them in.

Complete firearms purchased from Tank's Rifle Shop LLC include Federal Excise Tax (FET).

It is highly recommended that all parts and accessories be installed by a competent gunsmith or other person familiar with the specific firearm involved. No liability is expressed or implied for damage or injury which may result from improper installation or use of any firearm, part or accessory.

It is recommended that only factory ammunition which meets SAAMI specifications be used in our modified firearms. While handloading may increase accuracy potential, Tank's Rifle Shop LLC specifically disclaims any responsibility for damage or injury, which may result from using other than quality factory ammunition.

Due to Tank's Rifle Shop LLC and many of our suppliers continued R&D programs we reserve the right to change specifications or change/cancel product offerings at any time without prior notice.

It is agreed by and between Buyer and Seller that all disputes, if any, and all matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with, or incident to any business transaction shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a Court located in the State of Nebraska, United States of America to the exclusions of the Courts of any other State.
