Purchase Agreement-
By checking the box and submitting an order with Tank’s Rifle Shop LLC the buyer is certifying that they have read, understand and agree to this Purchase Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
The buyer certifies that they are at least 18 years of age and are complying with all Federal, and their respective State and Local laws and the items ordered are legal for them to possess. If Buyer is purchasing a Firearm, the buyer certifies that they are at least the minimum required age to purchase, they have read the On-Line Firearm Sales Policy and are in compliance. Buyer also confirms they are not exporting any product outside the USA without first obtaining proper authorization from either the US Department of Commerce (BIS) or US State Department.

Return/Refund:
Merchandise may be returned, if unaltered and in the original packaging. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. This can be obtained by either phone or email. No return will be accepted without an authorization. Merchandise must be shipped within 5 days of Return Authorization otherwise customer will be charged a 20% restock fee. No returns accepted after 30 days of purchase. Refunds are for product purchase price only; shipping is non-refundable unless we are in error. Special order and Close Out marked items are non-refundable, non-returnable.
